Updated: Jun 15

After more than four decades of caring for our community, Welkare Medical Office will be closing its doors as of May 31st, 2026. For more information about the closure click here.

We have been very fortunate to find a new group of family physicians and their new clinic to assume care of all of our patients beginning June 1, 2026, and arrangements have been made to securely transfer and store medical records in full compliance with Ontario privacy legislation.

To help ensure there is no interruption in your care,

we kindly ask that you come into our office at 268 Clarence Street before May 15, 2026
