Important Update for Patients Transitioning to the New Clinic

Welkare Medical Office is now closed, as Dr. Muia and Dr. Robinson have retired from practice.

This notice is intended for patients who have completed their consent paperwork to transfer to the new clinic.

If you have completed your consent paperwork, there is nothing further you need to do at Welkare unless you are no longer proceeding with the new clinic.

Your charts are currently in the process of being transferred and entered into the new clinic’s system. This is a significant undertaking, and we appreciate your patience as the transition is completed. We expect to have all charts transferred to the new clinic shortly.

Patients are encouraged to contact their new clinic directly to book an initial appointment as soon as they are able. The new clinic would like to see patients in office before they are able to renew or refill prescriptions over the phone.

To help assist patients during this transition, the new clinic has implemented a text messaging system. Their phone lines are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, so if you are unable to reach the clinic by phone, you may text the appropriate number below for assistance.
