Masks Mandatory for Symptoms

Masks are MANDATORY for patients coming into our office that have:

• COUGH

• FEVER

• DIFFICULTY BREATHING

• SORE THROAT

• RUNNY NOSE

• SHORTNESS OF BREATH

• FLU / COVID SYMPTOMS
  

If you have any of the above, you should also TEST for COVID at least the day before and the day of your appointment. If you don't have COVID tests we have them in the office and some pharmacies have them. We can also do a COVID test in office with you, but you must arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment in order to complete.

By order of the Middlesex London Health Unit everyone entering our office, with the above symptoms, is required to bring and wear their own mask. If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you at reception, as long as supplies last.
